Commercial Real Estate & AI Instructor
Reggie Chan is a commercial real estate professional with over two decades of experience across asset management, leasing, investment analysis, and property valuation. He holds the CFA designation, the FRICS designation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia.
As a former VP of Asset Management and Leasing, Reggie has managed the full operational and financial lifecycle of commercial portfolios: CAM reconciliations, lease negotiations, variance reporting, vendor oversight, and investor reporting. The workflows taught in this course are workflows he has run professionally.
Over the past several years, Reggie has built production AI systems for real estate applications, including corridor valuation models, workforce optimization tools, and GIS-based intelligence platforms. His approach to AI in CRE is grounded in that operational experience: knowing which problems are worth automating, where AI output requires professional judgment to verify, and how to configure tools that a team can actually use.
He teaches this workshop because the gap between piloting AI and deploying it is a practitioner problem, not a technology problem. Closing it requires someone who understands both sides.
Reggie is the founder of Tenebrus Capital Corp., an independent consulting practice focused on infrastructure and commercial real estate.
